Tara Levitt is Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer at AltaDX, where she leads customer strategy and enterprise partnerships for fitness, wellness, and beauty brands navigating digital transformation.

Tara has built her career on both sides of the table: as an operator running the day-to-day realities of fitness businesses, and as a vendor delivering the software and systems those businesses depend on. “Raised by the fitness industry,” she has worked across nearly every business function, including operations, product management, implementation, sales, and customer success. That range makes her fluent in what customers actually need and in what it takes to build and deliver it, which lets her translate between the two.

Her deepest expertise lies in systems and operations, and in closing the gap that so often separates customer needs from technical teams. She has partnered with many of the industry’s largest global brands, helping them align technology, operations, and customer experience to drive measurable growth and long-term member value. Above all, she believes customer success is not a department but the discipline that determines whether technology delivers on its promise.

Following the successful exit of Motionsoft to Daxko in 2020, where she served on the senior leadership team, Tara was Director of Customer Success at Zenoti, a leading software provider in the med-spa and boutique wellness segment, and Sr. Director of Operations for Club Sports Group, the largest franchisee of F45 studios.

A recognized customer success advocate, Tara is a frequent speaker on technology and the member journey and serves as Co-Host of The Fitness Technology Summit.
