Ron Benamor

Ron Benamor is Director of Growth & Strategy at AltaDX, where he helps fitness, wellness, and beauty operators transform how their businesses run using AI. Ron works with leading operators to deploy AltaDX’s AI agents across sales, member engagement, retention, and back-office operations—helping brands increase revenue, improve efficiency, and create better customer experiences at scale.

Ron has spent more than a decade working at the intersection of technology, sales, and the fitness industry. Before joining AltaDX, he held enterprise sales and growth roles at companies including ChurnZero and Compass, and spent nearly nine years at Motionsoft where he progressed from intern to Senior Sales Manager while helping build and scale one of the company’s top-performing sales teams.

Outside of work, Ron is a proud father to his two kids, Noa and Liam, and is married to his college sweetheart. He enjoys cooking Mediterranean cuisine—especially Moroccan and Middle Eastern dishes—and is an avid racquet sports player who loves tennis and squash. When he’s not on the court, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or planning his next travel adventure.
